If you have unlimited texting then you should be able to send or receive text messaging from anyone and anywhere in the United States and there shouldn’t be any fees. However if you don’t have a text messaging plan then the cell phone carrier will charge you 15 to 25 cents a message sent or receive depending on the cell phone carrier.
