It is free. You probably have to be at least 13 to join, that seems to be the age most sites use these days. And if you tell them an age less than 18 they might still give you a restricted membership. They have services and higher memberships you have to pay for, but unless you are a serious artist who will be making a lot of use of the site, you probably don’t need these extras.
