Does it cost extra to purchase a condo hotel using a real estate broker?
No. The price is the same whether you use a realtor or go directly to the property sales representative, as the (developer) pays all realtor costs in the form of commissions. In those instances in which a realtor is not involved, the developer either keeps the additional revenue or pays a portion of it to the property’s in-house sales staff.
