Does it cost anything to use the Electronic Emissarys services?

The Emissary’s services are available free of charge to teachers/parents and students working together on curriculum-based projects that involve communicating regularly with volunteer mentors selected from the Emissary’s database. Though we do not charge for our services, we estimate that it costs about $750 US to facilitate each Emissary-sponsored project.
