Does IST offer different levels of commitment?
Yes. IST is prepared to offer a limited number of interested companies a “Charter Membership” who make a commitment to utilize IST services and equipment for a minimum of $12,000/year payable quarterly. In return, these charter members will receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount from IST published equipment lease and training rates (See Attachment A). Additionally, as a “Charter Member” your company will be alerted to any prospective business on a first right of refusal, based on your anniversary date, since IST will NOT perform services directly. Those companies choosing to join IST after 3/1/04 will receive a 20% discount and referrals, only in the event the charter memberships are available.
