Isopropyl alcohol isn’t very reactive with plastic. It’s good for cleaning. It might take off some inks, like Sharpie. I would be more concerned about evaporation. IPA is very volatile, and if it is exposed to the air it’s going to evaporate fairly quickly. It could also leak through any holes in your container.
