Yes. An Iso-Spray specified foam allows structural timbers to naturally breathe so that they do not hold damp and therefore start to rot. The product cannot cure already rotting timbers; these will need to be replaced when work commences but the product will help prevent future damp/dry rot developing in the future by the additives present in the foam.
