No. In any litter there is a chance of some puppies being curlier than others but this is really a genetic roll of the dice and it is not connected to the mother being a Retriever or a Poodle. Genetically speaking, the genes that code for straight or curly hair are not gender specific in dogs. This is mind, we do not recommend it being one way or the other.
