From the moment your application is filed, we monitor weekly publications, web sites, and other sources to reveal any marks that are distinctly similar to, or might cause a likelihood of confusion with, your mark and promptly notify you of our findings. There is a 30-day deadline for filing an opposition against new marks eligible for registration.
