Does IPIN guarantee its investment property products?
It is impossible for IPIN to guarantee investments that it recommends as they are being developed by 3rd parties around the world. However, IPIN does commission due diligence reports on every real-estate product by an independent law firm. In addition IPIN ensures, to the best of its ability, that all client funds are secure and not sent to the vendor before all paperwork required by the lawyer is in position – usually client funds will be sent to a lawyer’s / escrow account. IPIN also does not accept any client funds directly, your contract is direct with the developer, vendor or associated asset management company and all funds are transferred direct.
