Only for simply malocclusion cases and it does not rotate teeth. You are better off with Fixed Appliances.

Yes, it’s just like braces but it dose not hurt as bad i had them after i had braces (i never wore my retainer) so i got them they work like a charm if your older braces are embarrassing
