Does interval training substitute cardio?

Thats stubborn fat … it’s usually not the result of calorie excess but a result of hormones. Progesterone and estrogen to be specific. It is some of the hardest fat to lose. Interval training is great for normal fat loss, but I find it works less well for stuborn fat. For this kind of fat, I suggest a 3 fold approach: 1) Bodyopus diet … I find this works best to lose this kind of fat. You do extremely strict low-carb during the weekdays then eat high carb, high calorie during the weekends. 2) looooong cardio on your low-carb days in the morning on an empty stomach. I’m talking about a 3 mile job or 5-6 mile hike. If you do your low carb days on Mon -> Fri, do this cardio on Mon/Wed/Fri. Also do ab work for cardio before bed. By “for cardio” I mean 30 minutes of non-stop ab work, alternating back and forth from your upper-abs (like crunches) to your lower abs (like leg lifts). 3) Keep your thyroid working optimally with something like syntrax guggulbolic edit- if you don’t have time
