Does interpol have access to expunged records?
Yes, Interpol and stateside units can access those records, same as the court system. Those records are sealed from civilian employers. My thought here is if you had your case dismissed, the only thing remaining that would be there to expunge would be the arrest record. A dismissed case would have nothing at all since it never occured. If you had an arrest record expunged, yes, it would still be available for Interpol to access, but arrests dont count, only convictions (by the way, that is a direct quote from John Gotti). No matter what, I wouldnt worry in the slightest about someone accessing an arrest record.
