On February 16, 2007, Interactive Data Corporation’s Board of Directors authorized the initiation of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share. In December 2007, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a 20% increase in the regular quarterly dividend to $0.15 per common share. The Company does not currently offer a Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
