Usually no, because they consider sclerotherapy to be a cosmetic procedure (ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy can often be an exception to this rule).

Usually no, because they consider sclerotherapy to be a cosmetic procedure (ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy can often be an exception to this rule). You are certainly free to try to get your insurance company to reimburse you, and we will provide you with documentation; however, we ask that you pursue this on your own. It becomes prohibitively time-consuming for us.
