Does insurance cover the cost of blepharoplasty?
If your blepharoplasty is performed solely to achieve a cosmetic benefit, insurance will not provide coverage. In such instances where your vision is being affected by drooping of the upper eyelids, insurance may cover part of all of the cost of the procedure.
