Yes. 98% of our medical interpreters are professionally trained. All interpreters are required to complete Bridging the Gap, 40 hour nationally acclaimed medical interpreter training program of Seattles Cross Cultural Health Care Program (CCHCP) offered under license by The Interpreter Network of Colorado (A program of Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning). Do you charge for canceling interpretation/translation assignments? We ask that our clients give us a 24 hr courtesy notice for all cancellations. If you are unable to provide a 24 hr notice of cancellation, we will apply a one hour minimum fee for service for interpretations and bill for any translation work completed up until the moment of cancellation.
