Does Inhite signs non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)?
Inhite does not maintained the practice of signing NDAs for each submission received. It partly limits the ability to conduct business and there is a major administration burden. The attorneys would spend all their time doing draft, review, edit, negotiation, and record-tracking of each NDA received. This would increase cost and potentially prevent the hearing of your pitch.
