That will depend on the circumstance of the buyer requesting a refund and while we endeavour to satisfy every one of our customers the best we can, generally speaking we do not offer them. As part of our delivery guarantee we do offer all customers a full refund of any undelivered votes in a 48 hour period, though we will not refund for delivered votes unless in very extreme circumstances.
