iLet will always specifically cater for our clients needs. We can refer all estimates to our clients before undertaking any work or operate within a pricing threshold whereby we only trouble our clients if the work exceeds the threshold stated in the MAA (Management Agency Agreement). We give clients the option of providing a money float to cover these costs or them being deducted from the rental income. All maintenance quotes and receipts will be available to view and download online.
