This benefit is administered through Fort Dearborn. This benefit is not available for faculty. • Long-term disability: A plan through Fort Dearborn offers income protection for a disability lasting more than 180 days. The plan provides income replacement at 60 percent of base pay to a maximum of $7,500 per month.
