Does IHG allow family members to work in the same hotel?
IHG is a family friendly employer and does allow family members to work in the same hotel. However, IHG policy prohibits family members working in the following situations: * Positions in which one relative manages or supervises the other (either directly or indirectly). * Positions in which one has an audit and/or approval function over the other. * Positions where conflicts of interest may occur (e.g., A general cashier being related to a front desk cashier; a Human Resources director). * Relatives of the General Manager in the same hotel.
