I am looking for such a statute in Idaho if it exists in order to write a compliant contract between my client, a lumber company, and another corporation that owes my client money on back debts. The parties want the deal structured as such that either the other party pays my client or he confesses to liability for our client’s claim and judgment must stand (barring other issues of course).
