The broken capillaries that break under your eyes are definitely the cause of your dark circles- basically they are like small bruises. Ice definitely helps reduce the darkness, but I really do not think there is any miracle cream that will help. If there was, then make up companies wouldn’t make a fortune off of eye concealer. There is always expensive laser treatments that are supposed to help… unfortunately there is no other way to really help stop the process of dark eyes. Try to alleviate stress and get enough sleep at night. Good Luck!
