Yes. ICANN does intend to identify the independent evaluators once the evaluation and selection process is complete. 5. In the clauses preceding the ICANN Board resolutions authorizing the finalization of this sTLD RFP (resolutions 03.169, et seq.) the Board specifically recognized the “general community agreement that the appropriate form of sponsoring organization for new sTLDs should not necessarily be restricted to not-for-profit entities, but could include other forms of entity that otherwise meet the criteria for a sponsoring organization.” 6. Are two-character strings acceptable with ICANN (e.g. .yz), or will this create any possible ramifications with country-codes?
