Yes. iBridge does check professional references from each new employee candidate prior to extending them an official offer, and does perform a criminal, employment, and educational background check prior to hiring each new employee. Additionally, each new employee is required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, standard background check, and is required to adhere to iBridges documented drug policy throughout their tenure of employment with the company.
