Does IBackup for Windows perform scheduled backups in ‘Standby’ mode?
No. This is because the remote access connections are disconnected without any prompting to disconnect manually before the computer goes into the ‘Standby’ mode. This applies to any remote access connection including connections to Internet service providers (ISPs) and private networks. This behavior is by design of Windows.
