Does IAS on my Equipment affect my Werewolfs Attack Speed?
No, well, not for most weapons. Due to the Werewolfs Skills inherent IAS Bonus, the IAS That would normally come from equipment on other characters, is completely taken care of, while using a reasonably quick weapon. The only way you can make your attack faster with a Werewolf is by choosing a faster weapon, or by adding Runes and Jewels to it to make it faster.
