• Yes, these players support SRT, PSB, SMI, ASS, SSA, SUB 2.0 (text) and IDX/SUB (picture). To support IDX/SUB picture subtitle file, both IDX and SUB files need to be present in the same folder as the main video file. • When playing DivX movies the screen appears pixilated or flickering. • Argosy Digital Media Players supports movie with a maximum frame rate of 59 FPS. Pixilation and flickering are caused by DivX movies which are coded with a frame rate higher than 60 FPS. • I have an avi file but HV355T/HV356T/MH720/HV675 cannot play it. • AVI file may contain codec not supported by the player. In most of the cases, it means that the codec used is not supported. • While playing movies on HV355T/HV356T/MH720/HV675, the subtitle of the DivX movie is not working. • a) Please make sure the subtitle file has the exact same file name as the movie file. b) For IDX/SUB picture subtitle files, both IDX and SUB files need to be present. c) The subtitle file is corrupted or compressed.
