Does HV256T support WMV and WMA format files?
• HV256T does not support WMV and WMA format files. You will need to transfer them to other file formats supported by HV256T. • “NO DISK” or “HDD FATAL ERROR 12” error • These errors may appear on some HDDs over 250GB with multiple partitions. Try re-partitioning the HDD into a single partition to see if the problem can be resolved. • Some files disappear when copied into HV256T’s internal HDD • PC may not have saved the data in cache to the HDD yet whenHV256T is disconnected from the PC. Disconnect HDD with data in cache will cause lost of data. Try the followings: a) Use NTFS instead of FAT32 file system. (Strongly recommended) b) Always perform “Safely Remove” before disconnecting this device. c) If you are using the FAT32 file system, always copy files more than 4MByte in size in a single operation.
