Does hunting apply to all calls or only when a phone is busy?
“Hunt Groups” refers to calls that come in to a lead number of the Hunt Group and are then routed to the phones of the members of that Hunt Group. The Admin decides which users to put in the Hunt Group. The system will route the call to all available members of the Hunt Group, unless the Admin checks the “Ring First Available Only” box in the Hunt Group configuration screen. The system will not route the call to a user that is already on a call. ENA Connect also supports what the industry refers to as hunting/rollover. In this situation, if the user has multiple appearances of their own number on their phone, an incoming call will “rollover” to the next available line if that user is on the phone.
