Does HSGA euthanize animals to alleviate overcrowding at their shelter?
No. There is no time limit imposed on animals in our care. As long as the animals remains physically and emotionally suitable for adoption, it may remain with us as long as it takes to be adopted. We partner with many other animal welfare organizations to quickly find loving homes for our animals.
