No, Hotel PURE offers a Membership concept comparable to the franchise concept aiming at increasing bottom line profits to our members. This is a system of marketing and distributing products or services. The member, in exchange for a fee, is granted the right to sell the products or services using trademarks and system standards of Hotel PURE, the “Network”. There are 2 entities in the Membership, the Network and the Member. The Network licenses the Network’s system and trademarks for a fee. The Member pays an initial fee and royalties to use the trademarks and system of the Network.
