Yes. Honeywell may agree to assist a licensee to use or adapt a technology. Of course, that decision will be made on a case by case basis following discussion between Honeywell and the potential licensee. It is in Honeywell’s best interest for the licensee to be able to utilize licensed technology as fast and efficiently as possible.
