Does homeopathic medicine have side effects?
Homeopathic medicines are prepared by a process of serial dilution so that only an imprint of the original substance remains in the medicine. This explains why even poisons, such as arsenic and strychnine, can be made into homeopathic preparations with absolutely no risk of toxicity. Homeopathic medicines do not produce side effects like those of prescription, or even over-the-counter, medications. They are natural and nontoxic, and, because of the serial dilutions, are actually far safer even than herbs, much less pharmaceutical drugs.
