Does “Holy Trinity” = Multiple Personality disorder?

The proper DSM-IV-TR diagnosis is no longer called “Multiple Personality Disorder” as this lead to the misleading idea that there were multiple complete personalities present. The proper term is now “Dissociative Identity Disorder” as it is now understood that there is less than one personality present, and that the pieces that are unable to communicate with the other pieces simply take on independent existence in the absence of cohesion.
