Does Hillel hold High Holiday services on campus?
Yes, we hold High Holiday services on campus. They are “contemporary Conservative” in style. We have services both days of Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur. In 2009, Hartford Hillel will not be holding Rosh Hashanah on campus because the holiday takes place over a weekend; however, a list of local synagogues of all denominations who will provide free High Holiday tickets to students will be available in September.
