A. No, it is completely opposite. As the kelvin goes higher, you actually receive less light output. This is the same with any light bulb on the market…more color you receive, less light output you get. Now, keep in mind that no matter what color temp you get, these are still HID Kits. So they will be much brighter than halogen bulbs.
