Does HFA license recordings imported from other countries?
Yes, HFA does license recordings imported into the U.S. for sale; however, you cannot obtain these licenses through HFA’s Songfile. You can obtain the forms for import licensing here. Please note that you may also be responsible for mechanical licenses in the country in which the recording was initially made.
