Does Hearthstone at Murrayhill support residents who want to “age in place”?
It is Hearthstone’s goal to support a resident’s choice to remain in his or her living environment to the end of their lives. When needed, we coordinate with hospice services to provide end-of-life support to our residents. In some situations, we are not able to meet every resident’s care needs.
