Most insurance does cover all of the above. When you are shopping, make sure that you ask to see the specs for each insurer’s mental health coverage. Especially if you haven’t got a long psychiatric history, you will probably get a decent deductible and price. I have had very good experience with Cigna PPO and Blue Cross PPO.
