I don’t understand what you are claiming here? Are you claiming that forensic evidence is admissible to establish Hadud punishment? If so please provide reference. The nisab-e-shahadat (standard of witness) to prove a case of adultery is set by God Himself which is “four adult males of impeccable character who must have seen the act of penetration with their own eyes” no more no less.
