If you do not already have a Library card, you will still need to register for one. Similarily, if you do not have RecConnect identification, you will still need to register through Culture and Recreation. But once you have entered these codes into you Personal Profile on myhamilton,ca, whenever you are logged in to the site, your personal information will be recognized, and you will never have to re-enter it while you access these online services.
