• 2 and 4 Grant Street and 10 Akron Street currently are non-smoking buildings. • Renovated apartments at 202, 204, 206, 208, 210, and 302 Holden Green; most furnished apartments at Peabody Terrace; and furnished apartments at Harvard@Trilogy, 1306 Massachusetts Avenue*, 4-6 Mount Auburn Street, and 65 Mount Auburn Street* are designated as non-smoking. (* Note: These two buildings will be taken off-line on June 1, 2012; leases run through May 31, 2012 only and are not extendible) Effective July 1, 2011, the following buildings will also be designated as smoke-free. • 18 Banks Street/8A Mount Auburn Street • 5 Cowperthwaite Street • 29 Garden Street • Harvard@Trilogy (170 Brookline Avenue) • Peabody Terrace – Buildings 1—9 • Soldiers Field Park – Building 1 • 11-15 Sumner Road • One Western Avenue In accordance with this policy, smoking will be prohibited within the apartments, the apartment balconies/patios, and all common areas within these buildings.
