Does Harvard University collect Facilities and Administrative Costs (indirect costs/overhead) on subcontracts to other institutions?
Harvard University collects overhead on the first $25,000 of any subcontract to another institution. This is in addition to any overehead the subcontracting institution includes its in own budget. Any dollar amount over the first $25,000 to be subcontracted by Harvard is exempt from Harvard University overhead.
