Does Hamline have Theme Housing?
Yes, we offer FYE (First Year Experience) floors in areas where first year students live. This program is designed to connect students to one another as well as with the university. In these areas there is an RA (Resident Advisor) and CA (Community Advisor) to ensure that academic and social programming occurs. We also offer within the FYE communities a Weekends On Campus floor that offers programs everyday of the weekend for students that know they will always be on campus over the weekends. Other themes are developed in early spring.
