Does hairspray prevent needles on real christmas trees fallin out?
Is it true that if you spray a real christmas tree with hairspray it prevents the needles falling out?also i heard coke o cola works is this true and how do u do it?x A: I know that they did a Mythbusters episode on this. They found that hairspray did prevent needles from falling out and keep their color. But this also produces a fire hazard, since hairspray uses aerosol, so I wouldn’t reccommed doing this. As for Coca-Cola, I don’t know about that. On that same episode, they found that the best thing for keeping needles from falling out was indeed bleach, but it really discolored the needles, though.
