Does GW Law have a recommended make and model for student notebook computers?

No. There are many fine makes and models that meet our required notebook computer specifications. FYI, the notebook models that were in the former Dell purchase program — the Latitude D430, D630, and D830 — are good business class notebooks that have served many law students well in the past. Other students have been content with other Dell models as well as other makes of notebook computers, such as Lenovo Thinkpads, HP’s, Sony’s, and Toshibas (to name a few).
