The AOL browser is incapable of reading the GroupWise WebAccess webpage located at http://web.mail.ucf.edu. The only way to work around this AOL issue is to log in to AOL as normal. Once logged in, minimize the AOL browser and open Internet Explorer or Netscape (Most PC’s have Internet Explorer installed by default). Go the address bar and type in http://web.mail.ucf.edu. Type in your GroupWise user name and password.
