Does GRM Tools ST support 192 kHz sampling rate?

No. The FFT algorithms used in the ST Bundle support up to 48 kHz. If your session is at a higher sampling rate, the GRM Tools plugins will not appear in your insert list. They will be available once a session with the proper sampling rate is opened.
